Hibernating Bear....ME!!!!

2 days.. I was sick and had to stay at home... or should I say... stay in bed for the whole 2 days. Went out only for lunch and dinner with Joey. But no appetite to eat rice.... so paksa diri makan kuey teow hailam and some doughnuts....

Well... nak kata dah tua... Joey cakap... mmg dah tua... ceh! mulut laki haku mmg x der insurance tau!!!!... but.. I was sick... throbbing headache, nausea... and almost passed out masa tgh iron baju nak pi keje last Wednesday...

Since last Monday lagi haku dah rasa x selesa... kepala sakit... breathing pun agak payah.. mcm tersangkut2... ish! rasa mcm nak mati pun ada... anyway, after work.. haku gagahkan diri haku pi klinik. It was my migraine.. and then.. BP haku pun ala2 mencanak naik... so.. doktor bagi one injection kat montot!!!!.. x sakit laaa.. mana boleh nak buat muka sakit coz Adeline was there temankan haku jumpa doktor....hihihihi... nanti dia phobia plak!!

Anyway... last nite.. Joey bawak pi refleksologi centre.. buat massage for upper body... rasa lega sesangat... baru rasa boleh bernafas properly. But haku still rasa x selesa this morning....
so.. pagi nih.. haku datang ofis dengan pakai koyok dekat tengkuk.. both left and right!!!

Yang penting.. haku rasa selesa utk bekerja.. kalau x selesa jugak.... haku balik!!!!!!!!
