Things Patched Up...

Last nite, i went home rather late... taking my own sweet time, wondering around in Jusco Permas Jaya (actually nak beli diapers for my little Adeline...).. almaklum.. tengah merajuk konon... although late afternoon yesterday, I already talked to Joey.. for a short while on the phone with very flat tone..hihihihi

Actually.. cuak jugak kalau2 Joey marah coz I balik lambat.... but then.. I make dunno jer.. when I opened the door.. he was there, sitting on the sofa. Without saying anything, I just went for Adeline. Gave her a little hug and kiss and stayed in the room.

Suddenly, Joey called me.."Mama...mama..."... Thought of ignoring him but then...mana tergamak haku nak ignore when he called me mama in a very soft loving voice... hihihi.. so i pun pergi ler mengadap....

So... we talked. He updated me on Raad's condition and he informed me that his uncle came from KL and they went out together for lunch. After the short chit chat.. we went out for dinner... actually.. not dinner laa... we just went out to 7E to buy burgers...hihihihi...malas nak cook coz dah lewat sangat and I did not have the appetite to eat nasi... so I goda my eldest son to have burgers for dinner.. kehkehkeh...apalagi.. he asked for 2 burgers, just for himself!!! muahahahaha.. bila tanya, shy shy cat! ceh!

The nite went on so smoothly, so nicely and so romanticly...hihihihih... x sempat pun nak put on VS tank top.... dah kena terkam!!!! muahahahahahahaha

p/s: moral of the story - bergaduh antara suami isteri selalunya berakhir dgn sesuatu yang indah (dgn syarat.. cinta memenuhi ruang hati kedua-duanya)

What A Day...

After a huge fight last nite (although I just remained quiet and uttered nothing) with my darling hubby.... life today is so damn boring, lifeless and seems so meaningless. My heart hurts so much when Joey called me names... which I just could not accept coz I knew deep down.. all that were not true.... Luckily, Adeline was there with me so I kept my focus on her instead of Joey's words. I kept my ears deaf last nite... to avoid things getting worse. I felt like answering back but.. there's no point talking while he was still very angry and mad. Nothing will come into his senses.

But I knew... I have explained everything with every single details.. nothing being left out... all facts and figures were presented to him. All I need him to do is to understand and accept the reality of the numbers and the figures. I just have to give him time to consume all the data, all the facts so that he can understand what is going on.

We slept separately last nite. I spent my nite with Adeline in the living room, on the sofa. Joey slept soundly in the bedroom. I could hardly sleep coz it was cold last nite and Adeline was moving here and there on the sofa.. maybe she was uncomfortable.

Morning came and I was so glad. I woke Amirul up for his school. Adeline also woke up.. asking for her "cucuteh". I got ready for work and Joey woke up for his bath. I left the house without kissing him goodbye or even kiss his hand as usual. I was so damn brokenhearted and angry with Joey so I guess.. it is okay not to kiss him or his hand for a day or two......

Just now.. before lunch time, Joey rang.. not once but a few times. I ignored all his calls. I am still very angry and sad... should I return his call or ignore him for the rest of the day??? But I was quite worried because Raad, his brother was admitted to the hospital last nite and had undergone emergency operation to take out his erupted appendics. Maybe Joey got a news about Raad.. who knows.. but I am still hesitating to return the calls.

Well... i decided to let the day pass... and focus on my work for today.....

Apakah Salah Ku???

Aku menantu yg x bersyukur kah? Aku menantu yg x tahu berterima kasih kah? Atau aku menantu yg x mengenang budi kah???

Di mana salah silap ku hingga aku masih diketepikan seorang ibu mertua???... Salah akukah jika kegagalan perniagaan dulu disebabkan kecuaian dia sendiri??? Disebabkan ketamakan dia sendiri??... Apa kena-mengenanya aku dalam episod drama bisnes itu????

Hingga ke hari ini, ibu mertua yg cuba ku hormati dan cuba ku sayangi.. tetap menolak ku jauh dari hidupnya. Aku tidak pernah bermusuh dengan dia. Ku cuba sedaya upaya menjadi menantu yang baik untuk dia namun aku tetap jahat di mata ibu mertuaku. Hanya kerana anaknya lebih menyebelahi aku dari dia??? Tuhan.. ampunkan aku kiranya aku yang berdosa namun aku tahu isi hatiku... aku tidak pernah membenci seorang yang bergelar ibu walaupun hanya ibu mertua. Tidak ada sedetik rasa bermusuh namun apakan daya ku... kalau huluran salam ku x disambut. Wajah ku seinci tidak mahu ditatapi. Hanya jelingan hujung mata yang kuterima. Sedihkah aku???

Adakah kerana aku tidak pernah menghulurkan wang ringgit, tidak pernah menaburkan kemewahan kepada dia???... Maaf, bukan tanggungjawab aku untuk melakukan itu semua. Ibu mertua aku seharusnya lebih faham situasi aku, situasi anak dia sendiri.... aku bukan menantu yg akan membeli kasih seorang ibu mertua dengan campakan wang ringgit yg tiada keikhlasan. Telah aku curahkan kasih sayang, keikhlasan aku semasa episod drama bisnes dia dahulu. Ku sumbangkan tenaga ku secara percuma tanpa minta balasan wang ringgit walaupun aku terlalu penat dan lelah setelah bekerja seharian dipejabat. Namun, sesuap nasi yg kurasa adalah hak aku dan anak2 untuk di bawa pulang setelah berkhidmat sehingga lewat malam seumpama nasi yang layak diberi kepada seekor haiwan. Kenapa kejinya aku diperlakukan??? Salahkah aku jika mengambil keputusan berdiam diri sahaja???

Hari ini.. setelah aku dan suami bertungkus lumus dengan sebuah episod bisnes yang membawa pulangan besar, seorang ibu mertua itu tidak mahu merestui, tidak mahu mendoakan sedangkan anaknya sendiri memohon restu sang ibu, memohon doa sang ibu.. agar apa yang kami usahakan berjaya demi masa depan semua orang termasuk dia. Apakah aku menjadi punca dia tidak mahu mendoakan, tidak mahu merestui segala usaha anaknya???? Di mana salah ku??? Walhal, aku turut bertungkus lumus, bersengkang mata demi menjayakan usaha kami berdua ini.... Tuhan, kau bukakanlah pintu hati seorang ibu mertua itu.....

Aku adalah seorang menantu.... bukan ANAK HANTU!!!!!!! ok????

Valentine 2009

I am not really into Valentine... well.. faham2 jer laa... coz.. to me, I celebrate my love every day, every single second, every single breath... so who needs a Valentine to show love and affection???... Furthermore, Valentine is being commercialized in a very huge way.... and making being in love is so damn expensive and so damn insincere.. at least that's what I feel laaa..... Pardon me to those who celebrate Valentine...but, since I got a red rose on Valentine itself, I just had to say Thank You to my hubby.... believe me, this is the first ever rose that I got from him after all these years... don't know what makes him feels like giving me a rose.. but I DO love roses!!!! hihihihi.. Kembang gak laaa... kembang semangkuk x kuncup2 for a few days... muahahahahaha

But.. I don't swim that day.. malas... lagipun x bwk swimming attire... kehkehkeh.. karang terjun dgn g-string... mau kena halau dek guard.. kuang3

Business Meeting with Con & Jimmy from Sydney, Australia

Well... I woke up today feeling rather groggy.... coz lack of sleep... 2 nites in a row, out for some business and pleasure....
last nite... me and Joey entertained Con, our dear business counterpart who came all the way from downunder, Sydney, Australia at Puteri Pacific. Unfortunately, Jimmy could not join us coz he passed out after a relaxing body massage at the Spa... poor him..hihihihihi
Anyway... while discussing business, we were entertained by the everfriendly singer, Aida at the lounge...backed by a very good pianist. Aida is Ida Nerina's sister... so I was right from the very beginning when I told Joey that Aida, the singer resembles Ida Nerina. Lucky we were not on a bet.. otherwise, I would have won!!!!!!
The 4th floor lounge of Puteri Pacific is a very nice place to be. Very relaxing.. the ambience is also very pleasant for a business meeting or just for a drink or two. They have a pool table there but I did not have a chance to lay my hands on the cue coz we were kind of engrossed with our business talks...
Guests can also try out their singing talent if they dare to... and last nite.. Joey played the piano at the lounge.. and played my favorite song for me.... hihihihihi.. .. romance was in the air last nite despite of the serious business chats....
The nite was good and fun in its own way... we enjoyed ourselves, we enjoyed our business talks, we enjoyed our drinks and we enjoyed the songs too!!!!!!
Since the lounge closed at 1am.. we made our move. Otherwise, we would have stayed on a little bit longer. Naayyy!!!... we still have tomorrow to enjoy.. so nite mate!!!....**quoting Con's words**....
